Cancellation Policy

Live, In Person Events: Cancellations must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to the event in order to receive a full refund (with the exception of a $75 processing fee.) Refunds will not be granted after that date except for in extreme circumstances. Please submit written cancellation requests to learningjourneys@developmentalfx.org

Live, Distance/ Online Events: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to learningjourneys@developmentalfx.org  48 hours prior to the event in order to receive a full refund (with the exception of a possible administrative fee.) Please note that participants will be made aware of their ability to access recordings of the live events upon registration.

Online/ Distance Independent Learning: Participants are not entitled to refunds for this type of learning experience, except under extreme circumstances. Participants may request, however, an extension or delayed start in learning by emailing learningjourneys@developmentalfx.org

DFX Learning Journeys reserves the right to cancel an event with due cause. If a cancellation should occur, participants will be refunded in full and made aware of the cancellation as soon as possible using provided contact information.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, DFX Learning Journeys will make every effort to honor requests for reasonable accommodations made by individuals with disabilities, including but not limited to written transcripts, multiple viewing attempts, and an increased amount of time to complete training activities.
